Personal Training 

    Premier offers top of the line personal training that will guarantee to produce just what you're looking for, RESULTS!   Our clients work directly with their trainer in their home/office from 1 to 4 times per week.   We provide everything you will need to work out from the weights, bands, mats, med. balls, etc. 


Yoga 

    Find out for yourself what the craze is about.  Premier brings our clients their own personal yoga instructor for up to 10 people at a time.   Improve your flexibility, stability, core strength, and overall wellness when you spend an hour performing this intense yet relaxing exercise. 


Sport Specific

    This is for any athlete training for any sport.  No more worrying about dragging yourself to the gym to get in shape for the season, leave it to us. Within 6 weeks we can have you ready do play by maximizing your overall strength, power, agility, speed and flexibility.

 Pilates 

    You have heard of it.  Now find out for yourself why Pilates  has become the hottest trend in the fitness industry.  Sculpt your body as you improve your overall strength,  flexibility, balance, core strength, and posture.  Feel the overwhelming difference that first time Pilates users say they experience after just a few sessions.


 Group Exercise Classes

     The Group Exercise Classes were created for those who have the desire to work out and change their lives but don't want to go it alone.  We have classes ranging from 2 people up to 10. You will get a powerful and invigorating workout along side the people who support you the most.


The 300 Challenge

      If you have seen the movie "300" you have no doubt asked yourself, "How did they find that many ripped actors?", they didn't. They made them that ripped. This program puts you through the exact workout that the actors from the movie went through to achieve those results. In 12 weeks (3 days a week)  you can look and feel like a Spartan.
